Question

I am 45 and very happy with my jaw line but I have noticed over the last 2 years I have platysma banding on my neck.

Can platysmaplasty be performed as tans alone operation, without any other procedures involved?

Answer

Platysmaplasty in isolation is a possibility, but in reality it would be necessary to see in consultation the characteristics of the skin, and whether correction of the contour of the neck may lead to laxity in skin tightening is not included.
