Can there be complications with my sight during rhinoplasty operation?

Question

I am looking into rhinoplasty, can there be complications with my sight during the operation, I have heard you could damage your eyes or even lead to blindness.

Answer

This would be an extremely unlikely event, and certainly not something that I have specifically heard about in relation to rhinoplasty.
