Can you carry out complete rhinoplasty on women of colour without the pinched Jacko look or repeat surgery being required?

Answer

The degree of change with rhinoplasty surgery can be evaluated during the consultation using computer imaging and simulation, and very much follows the patient's own preferences, of course within what is achievable with surgery.

In terms of the possible need for revision surgery, any type of operation and any type of rhinoplasty including ethnic rhinoplasty can require a revision, mostly based on the patient's own aspirations.
