Can you straighten a crooked nose?
How much would that cost?
Yes indeed, a large proportion of rhinoplasty interventions target improvement in the shape and alignment of the nose. One has to bear in mind though that the shape of the face is never symmetric, and the notion of a straight nose is relative. My personal appreciation in this matter is that the aim of the surgery is for a "best fit" shape of the nose, in the absence of any accurate reference for symmetry from the rest of the facial features.
