Can you transfer fat from stomach to buttocks?
Although it is indeed possible to do a fat transfer from the abdomen to the gluteal region, it is more common to use the flanks (waistline) as donors for the fat transfer.
The benefit of this approach is that reducing the volume of fatty tissue just above the gluteal region increases the contrast and improves the overall body shape.
