Could I combine a neck lift and a rhinoplasty?

Question

I had a full facelift a year ago but the neck lift is poor and my neck remains as it was, saggy.

I wanted a rhinoplasty after the facelift due to my large nose, could I combined both a neck and nose surgery?

Answer

It is indeed possible to combine the neck surgery and rhinoplasty, and in this case an overnight stay in hospital would be necessary after the surgery.
