I have one eyelid which droops more than the other. Could I have blepharoplasty on one eye only?
I'm assuming that you are referring to the upper eyelids. This condition of “lazy" upper eyelid is called eyelid ptosis, and is indeed repaired individually.
It can also be carried out through the NHS, and you can discuss with your GP about it.
