Question

Could you tell me if it is necessary to be slim before eyelid and full face surgery?

Answer

In general terms, it is more important to make sure that you in good health, as significant weight excess will have a negative impact on the anaesthetic risks.

In addition, if you are contemplating weight loss anyway, it is better to do it before the surgery rather than after, as the volume changes of the face may affect the outcome. Obviously, there is no point losing weight only for the surgery either.
