Your questions answered by our surgeon, Lucian Ion, FRCS(Plast)
Asked on 28 April 2012
I had an otoplasty operation to correct my protruding ears in September 2011.
After surgery, I wasn't that pleased as my ears looked quite different from each other. However, I was sure that they would be ok once the swelling had gone down.
However, nearly 8 months later, the asymmetry has only got worse, and not only does one stick out more than the other, it is also a different shape and size!
Do you offer revision otoplasty?
I would be happy to see you in consultation and discuss the options for further correction of the shape of your ears.
If you would like to organise a meeting, kindly contact my practice either by telephone at 0207 486 7757 or by email at contact@aesthetic-plastic-surgery.co.uk and my team will be delighted to assist you.
