I am 26 years old. Is there an age limit on who can have surgery?

I have always had the problem where people ask me "what's wrong?". It frustrates me as this happens so often then my reaction comes across in a way that I really am enjoyed.

Answer

I did not understand from your question which areas specifically concern you, and I can only suspect that it is related to the peri-ocular region.

It is possible to evaluate the possible sources of facial expression that doesn't reflect your feelings, and try to design a treatment to improve things.
