I am a black man with a wide, flat nose, I wish to have it corrected to be more pointed.

Answer

I would be happy to see you in consultation and discuss your concerns and targets for change using computer imaging and simulation.

In my practice, most of the surgeries along the lines that you describe involve rib cartilage grafting to enhance the support framework of the nose.
