Question

I am concerned about the narrowing of nostrils, without any kind of change in the shape of nose. Is it possible to make it happen?

Answer

It is indeed possible to produce narrowing of the nostrils without affecting the overall shape of the nose. By necessity, the degree of change would be more limited as significant nostril reduction will have an impact on the nostril contour in general and therefore will affect the overall shape of the nose.
