I am considering some surgery to correct the appearance of my nose, however I do not wish to have full rhinoplasty procedure as I only want my columella adjusted to make nostrils appear symmetrical on the outside.
Adjustment of the direction of the columella typically means correcting the direction of the lower part of the nasal septum. The underlying problem may be relatively complex, and without consultation the answer will be based on too many assumptions.
I would say that the cases were isolated correction of the columella is possible would represent a minority.
