Question

I am eager to have a go with punch excision on a deep ice pick scar at the tip of my nose.

Would you advise this on such a sensitive area?

I've tried derma roller and there has been no effect, nor has sub-incision.

Answer

I suspect that if carried out with an extremely fine punch (1 mm diameter?) it may lead to an improvement.

I have not carried out a treatment like this, so it is impossible to advise you from experience.
