I am interested in narrowing of ethnic nostril, tip and bridge.

Answer

I typically use computer imaging and simulation during the consultation to clarify the type and degree of change that you would like to achieve, and based on that to evaluate feasibility and establish a treatment plan.

In most instances, ethnic rhinoplasty procedures that I have carried out have involved rib cartilage grafts to enhance the shape and support of the tip and bridge of the nose.
