Around 4 months ago I had facial fillers, however, these are starting to recede and I am looking for something more permanent.
My question is, do I need to wait until the effects of the facial fillers have entirely worn off before having any surgery as the effects of my nose to mouth lines are not fully evident at present.
It does depend whether the injectable fillers are hyaluronic acid-based or not. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved prior to surgery to provide a more stable evaluation of the facial shape.
Other types of fillers are best allowed to disperse completely prior to undergoing surgery.
