I am inquiring about the nose reshaping procedure you offer.
I have to say that the before and after pictures on your web page are the best that I have seen.
From this, I was hoping you could provide more information about the procedure.
In terms of my situation, I am ethnically of Pakistani origin and have a characteristic nasal hump as well as a bulbous dropping tip that I have been looking to correct for a number of years now. I also have a devIated septum and so would like to ask how much you charge for this procedure too.
Ideally I would like my septum to be straightened, nasal hump to be removed and my nasal tip to be more smaller, profiled and projected.
In my practice, adjustment of the septal deviation is part of the complex of changes for achieving a straighter appearance of the nose, and does not involve separate costs.
The purpose of computer simulation and the reason for doing it during the consultation is that my aim is not to advise prospective patients about what they should want, but rather try and build a surgical plan that reflects their aspirations. If there are elements of the surgical plan that are contradictory or exceed the general ability of surgery to produce changes, I provide advice then and there.
You can appreciate therefore that exchanging images and simulations defeats the purpose of the typical consultation.
