I broke my nose as a teenager and there is a bump on the bridge that has never gone away.
To start with, you could enquire with your GP regarding the possibility of having this treatment through the NHS. The guidelines regarding funding for these treatments is continuously revised and your GP can guide your about this.
With regards to the intervention, I typically approach it from the perspective of the general outcome that you would like to achieve and using computer imaging and simulation to try and define the treatment target and with it the type of surgery that would be more suitable.
