I have a bigger upper lip that l need fixed to be smaller, but can l get that done even though l am still only 17? And maybe also get a facelift.

Answer

It would certainly be inappropriate to consider facelift type surgery at your age. With regards to the upper lip size, an important aspect to appreciate is whether the dentition is balanced or whether there is an impression of excessive size driven by the support of the teeth.

It would be relevant to discuss with your dentist and possibly an orthodontist about this, before deciding on any surgery for the upper lip. I would typically consider this type of corrective surgery after the age of 18.
