Question

I have a cleft chin and I want surgery through the mouth to release the skin from the bone.

Would I have good results? Have you preformed any of these procedures?

Answer

I have carried out so far cleft chin treatment without the need for open surgery, through needle size access through the skin. The procedure requires releasing the attachments of the skin from the muscle rather than the muscle from the bone. The results appear satisfactory, and there doesn't seem to be recurrence of the problem later on.
