I have a columella notch and will be having a revision. Please can you advise, how much swelling and bleeding will it cause?

Would it just be a columella incision?

Answer

To some extent, it depends on how much work your surgeon is planning to carry out for the columella. In general terms, it is unlikely to be associated with substantial swelling or or bleeding.
