I have a large roman nose. I don't want a tiny button nose but, can rhinoplasty provide a considerable reduction in size? It's too broad from the front and projects too far from the side view. I‘ve thought about surgery for 10 years. I‘m 28 now and want it done.

Answer

It is possible to operate significant reduction in the dimensions of the nose. To some extent, the restriction comes from the ability of the skin to adapt to a smaller surface.

I would be happy to see in consultation and using computer imaging and simulation to determine the degree of change in the character of the shape that you would like to achieve, which means that I would be able to advise you more targeted on your concerns.
