Face SurgeryNeck lift

Question

I have a very small face and no fat, but I have a band/line down my neck that I hate.

I am 47, I did have a facelift and neck lift that was suppose to address it but didn't. I still hate it and still want it addressed.

Answer

I am assuming that you are describing a vertical platysma band, which sometimes is difficult to correct without placing an incision under the chin.

I would be happy to discuss this in consultation and advise regarding options for improvement.
