Question

I have a mixed race son of 25 years old and he has big problems about accepting himself the way he looks. He would like to make his lower lip smaller. I wonder if you do this kind of cosmetic surgery and I would be interested in hearing from you.

Answer

I am afraid it is not a type of intervention that I have been focusing on and I would not be able to provide assistance.

It is however to my understanding a reasonably common intervention and is typically carried out under a local anaesthesia.
