I have a really big chin, I'm only 16 now but in the future is it possible to get it smaller through surgery?

It's just horrible to look at from the side but not as bad to look at from the front.

Answer

It is indeed possible to reduce the projection of the chin both in its vertical and horizontal dimensions, and it is possible to use evaluation on computer imaging regarding the characteristics and extent of the change desired.
