I have a really round fat face. Is there any way that I can achieve a nice bone structure and a better profile?

Answer

In general terms, it is possible to contour the facial features quite significantly and this often follows a pattern of volume reduction in the lower face and sometimes augmentation in the mid-face.

It is possible to evaluate using computer imaging in 3-D and simulation what it is that you would like to achieve and the degree of change.

This gives you a higher level of confidence that you are targeting and realistic level of change but also more focus on the options available to choose from.
