I am looking for long term treatment for contouring my face.

I have a round face and since putting on weight I have a much more chubbier face which is very difficult to loose.

Is there a treatment you can recommend? I am aware of smartlipo and facetite.

Answer

I would typically suggest a consultation using 3-D imaging and simulation to try and understand what it is that you would like to achieve. This will help formulate a treatment plan with the type of procedure or procedures derived from it.

In general, apart from liposuction with or without energy assistance, there is the option of [buccal fat reduction] and Thermage, all of which can influence the facial volumes and shape.
