I have a serious case of dark circles, I would like to get rid of these.

Answer

The first step is to evaluate what is the underlying problem, as dark circles under the eyes can have different mechanisms and this would be reflected in differences in the treatment.

The options for improvement include volume augmentation in the tear trough region either using fat transfer or fillers in situations where there is also a groove in the area corresponding to the circles, or treatments for the colour of the skin. The two sometimes are combined.
