Question

I am an 18 year old student, I have considered a nose job for quite a while but due to financial problems I haven't been able to take any actions. Also I have breathing difficulties during the night. I was wondering is it a good idea to have a nose job?

Answer

With regards to the breathing difficulties during the night, I would suggest discussing your concerns with your GP. It is possible to have an NHS appointment to evaluate your nasal airway and discuss options related to improve and which would not necessarily involve any cosmetic elements.

The two interventions can be separated or carried out together.
