I have had a fall in the bathroom and hit my nose on the rim of the bath. It crushed the right nostril and broke the tip of my nose. A local ENT surgeon operated on me but I now have a hollow and my nose not really straight. I would like the hollow filled and the nose straightened. Can it be done?
I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate using computer imaging and simulation of the characteristics of the change you would like to achieve.
From your description, it sounds like the structure of the nasal framework needs to be supported and straightened for the contour of the nose to integrate better with the rest of the facial features.
