Question

I have two bumps on the sides of my nose so it looks wide, I would like to make it thinner. How easy is this?

Answer

Typically, using computer imaging and stimulation it is possible to define the characteristics of the change that you wish to achieve. This forms the foundation of the treatment plan, which typically involves some reduction in the bone and cartilage support of the bridge, and at the same time repositioning of the nasal bones.

When the bridge of the nose changes in shape, it may be also relevant to change some aspect about the tip of the nose for the continuity of the aesthetic balance.
