I take warfarin but am very unhappy with my buttock area. I am keen to see if I am able to undergo the procedure for the far transfer as this seems very straight forward. However, I am not sure if this is possible. Please advise accordingly or an alternative perhaps, that you think might be useful.
The alternatives for buttock augmentation include:
Gluteal implants
I do not think that fat transfer is a suitable intervention for someone on warfarin even if there is temporary conversion to heparin.
It may be suitable to use permanent injectable fillers, but you would need to find someone who specialises in this field, and I'm afraid I cannot be of help in this regard.
