I want to make my face skinny, it is too fat.

Answer

In general terms, when approaching the facial shape contouring, I feel it is useful to incorporate during the consultation 3-D imaging and simulation. This is to try and evaluate the characteristics of the change that you would like to achieve, and understand what is the better approach for it. It also allows to understand limitations of what surgical treatment can achieve.
