I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate together what it is that you would like to achieve. Typically, it is possible to analyse using imaging either on standard photographs or in 3-D both the characteristics of the nasal shape as it is and the target elements for the surgery.

I carry out ethnic rhinoplasty surgery regularly, and in most instances for enhancement of the nasal tip and bridge projection I tend to use rib cartilage graft.
