I was looking to get my dark circles around my eyes removed as fixing a slight pigmentation problem on my cheeks.

Answer

There are several options that include surgical and non-surgical treatments and ideally this needs to be discussed in a formal consultation.

I would be happy to look at a few photographs for better orientation but cannot provide a management plan without a consultation.
