I was looking to lose fat in my face, chest, stomach and thighs and was wondering what the cost would be for both liposuction and buccal fat reduction?

Answer

From your description, liposuction is probably not the best way forward, and weight-loss may be a better first stage.

In particular, if there is a more significant amount of volume that you would like to lose, weight-loss assisted by bariatric surgery may represent an option. This is something that you would need to discuss with a general surgeon that specialises in this field.
