Question

I have a droopy nasal tip but I like the shape of the rest of my nose. I like the results that I have seen with your ethnic rhinoplasties.

I would like to know if all your surgeries are open tip surgeries as I would prefer a closed tip approach?

Answer

I would say that the majority of my surgical interventions are open tip, and for ethnic rhinoplasty the majority involve rib cartilage support for the nasal tip.

I would be happy to see you in consultation and discuss your concerns and aspirations using computer imaging, but I would more likely favour and open tip approach for what you are describing.
