I would like to know if it would be possible to have a rhinoplasty and upper and lower blepharoplasty at the same time? I am 23 and very fit and healthy.
Although technically it is possible to combine these interventions, considering your age I suspect that lower eyelid blepharoplasty could be avoided by enhancing the volume of the midface.
In general terms, visibility of “lower eyelid bags” in someone young is related to underdevelopment of the eye socket or upper jaw, and the support of the lower eyelid is deficient. This can be masked by building volume in the front of the cheek to produce a smoother transition between cheek and lid.
Similarly, there may be alternatives relating to treatment of the upper eyelids.
I would be happy to see in consultation and advise, and typically using 3-D imaging and stimulation it would be possible to give you some guidance regarding alternatives and their aesthetic impact.
