Been thinking and thinking about a rhinoplasty, my question is that if they remove the bump on my nose would that make it point up, kind of pig nose?
Removing a bump on the bridge of the nose does not directly affect the shape and position of the nasal tip. However, most of the time an adjustment in the contour of the bridge of the nose will influence the overall balance of the nasal shape and may benefit from corrections in the nasal tip shape. This can be better understood using computer imaging and simulation, which is typically part of the consultation process.
