I wanted to know if fat transfer is a preferred method for treating rolling scars present on cheeks.

If so roughly what sort of costs would be looking at for this?

Answer

I typically use the Coleman technique for fat transfer, but I would need to evaluate whether in your situation this is the treatment of choice.

Direct assessment of the scars in consultation is important because apart from their external appearance one can make an assessment of the texture and deep attachments of the scar tissue.
