I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago. I am happy with the result, however I feel my nostrils are too wide. Do you perform Alar Reduction? If so can this be performed under local anaesthetic?
Yes indeed, I am happy to carry out alar base reduction under local anaesthetic, and this is the typical procedure in my practice if it is performed separately.
