Question

Is it possible to lower the nose bridge to make it flatter?

Answer

It is indeed possible to lower the bridge of the nose and produce the impression that it is softer in contours and wider if necessary.

This type of change is probably better analysed with 3-D imaging and simulation to understand the relationship with the nasal tip and the rest of the facial features.
