I had a consultation and the doctor said that my nose has thick cartilage and does not know if he can get what I need.
Is there a operation to reduce the size of my nose?
In general terms, it is the thickness of the soft tissues above the cartilage that determines how much narrowing and definition is possible for the tip of the nose.
Because of this, it may indeed be more difficult to create a narrower and more defined appearance of the tip of the nose, but to a great extent it is possible to provide improvement.
I would be happy to see you in consultation and discuss using a computer simulation what it is that you wish to achieve, and based on that, to evaluate whether it is possible, and what type of intervention could be used to achieve it.
