Is there a procedure where the nose muscles that make the nostrils flare, can be slightly tightened to make the nostrils flare, but not fully.
I ask because I am obviously not happy about my nose, but strangely enough I am when I flare my nostrils slightly.
I don't want reshaping of grafts, I don't think I want to change my face that much.
So is there such a procedure where the nose muscles can be tightened?
I am not aware of any intervention that adjusts the tension in the muscles of the nostrils to make the shape appear slightly more flared.
The most common approach for this type of reshaping would be with cartilage grafts.
