I have fractured my nose a few times in the past. I am now left with a small bump on the upper right side of the bridge which slightly protrudes. I am hoping to get it fixed permanently and not through the use of fillers, but I think a full blown rhinoplasty procedure would be a bit excessive for what I am trying to achieve.
Is there any procedure you offer sort of half way between the two, possibly under local anesthetic? I obviously understand receiving a firm answer on this would require a consultation; however, I am in the early stages of planning and would greatly appreciate any form of speculative answer you could provide.
Many thanks.
An isolated procedure to the bridge of the nose is typically possible, and it would be suitable to use computer imaging and simulation to understand better the degree of change that you seek.
I do not generally do work to the nasal bridge under local anaesthetic or sedation.
