I am looking for an advice regarding my chin. It protrudes a little especially when looking at it from the side when I smile.
I am hoping to find out what options I have to make it look smaller and more balanced.
Is there a procedure you can do that isn't as extravagant as removing the bone but more so removing the grisly bit that seems to protrude?
Sometimes, what you describe is related to the movement of the chin muscles when smiling and may be improved using wrinkle relaxing injections that decrease the activity in the chin muscles.
This is an off-license treatment that would need to be evaluated and discussed in detail based on the images from the front and profile relaxed and smiling.
