My jaw line and neck are sagging and I look unhappy all the time.
Is there anything that can help other than cosmetic surgery?
It is much depends on the degree of laxity and the volume around the jawline.
For small corrections, injectable fillers and sometimes botulinum toxin injections can be of assistance.
It is impossible to give a generic answer without consultation, but as a rule of thumb because injectable fillers only work by adding, and botulinum toxin by relaxing some of the facial muscles there are significant limitations to what they can achieve without distorting the facial features excessively.
