My nose has a bump that makes it tilt downwards, which I am conscious of and detest my side profile.
Because it is thin, would surgery be risky?
What are the risks/problems that could result during/after surgery?
In general terms, a balanced reconfiguration of the nasal shape benefits from computer imaging and simulation, and will provide significant insight regarding the optimal surgical intervention.
The fact that that the nasal tip and bridge skin is thinner is not on its own a contraindication for surgery. A very accurate contouring of the framework is necessary to reduce the chance of irregularities showing through.
