Question

I am really impressed to see your work, I have been looking for an artistic doctor since I found my nose is rather wide. I searched a lot, most people watch movies or use facebook on internet but I spent my time searching for a doctor, luckily I've found one.

My nose is wide, bone is straight but nostrils are crooked and wide. The tip of my nose is little ahead of my lips, I don't know how to explain it because my english is not good.

I want to make an appointment. Dear sir can I have interpreter in Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi?
