Question

My nose needs augmentation, it is to small for my face.

Do you do this procedure, I had 2 nose jobs before in the past 15 years, I am 37 years old.

Answer

Considering the nature of the problem and the characteristics of the change that you would like to achieve, I believe that rib cartilage graft augmentation will be necessary.

To start with, a consultation using computer imaging and simulation will be able to offer more insight into the degree of change that you would like to achieve, and some of the measurable differences between the current situation and your target.

This allows for a more accurate treatment plan, although it is important to appreciate that the surgical intervention is not able to produce a result identical to the computer design.
